Explore the Evolution of ON-POINT
Company foundation
After running our own companies and realizing that growth is challenging when you're on your own, we decided to establish ON-POINT. By merging our various small businesses, we aim to create something larger and more impactful together.
Opening UK Office
Our client approached us to see if we could assist with a transformation project in the UK. To effectively compete with local consulting firms, we established ON-POINT UK and successfully supported the client throughout their transformation. This marked the beginning of our UK practice.
Opening Singapore Office
Similarly, our Singapore office has a comparable history. Once again, a client reached out to us for support with a transformation project. Embracing the challenge, we founded ON-POINT SG, which laid the groundwork for our Asian practice.
Opening German Office
The German office was born out of a long-standing relationship with a valued client. The transformation project spanned nearly five years, and by the end, we recognized the need to establish a local practice to enable our employees to remain in the area. Since its inception, the practice has flourished and continues to achieve great success.
Closing Singapore Office
After navigating through the Corona crisis, our dedicated employees have returned to Europe. Despite our best efforts, we were unable to find suitable local successors, leading to the difficult decision to close our office. However, reopening a company and office in Singapore is a straightforward process, and we remain optimistic about the possibility of returning in the future.

Opening Geneva Office
Our global journey began in Geneva 10 years ago with a transformation project for a global private bank. To reconnect with our roots and embrace new experiences, we opened an office in Geneva. We eagerly anticipate the exciting opportunities that lie ahead.
10th Anniversary
Time truly flies, and it's hard to believe that 10 years have already passed since we embarked on our journey with ON-POINT. Each year has been a remarkable learning experience, filled with new discoveries and growth. We eagerly anticipate what the next decade will bring and look forward to continuing this exciting adventure.
